Alison completed her honours degree in Exercise and Health studies in 2007. With a keen interest in nutrition and natural health solutions, she continued her studies over the following 3 years in Nutritional Therapy. Once her clinical hours were complete Alison started her private practice.

In 2015/2016 Alison added Eating Psychology to her skill set. Eating Psychology gave Alison the coaching and counselling skills to support her clients to explore all aspects of their lives, and how these might be affecting their health challenges.

Alison’s most recent area of study is Physiological Regulating Medicine (PRM) with the prestigious companies Guna and Biomedico and she is a certified PRM medicine practitioner since 2017.

PRM is an innovative, safe, effective and ethical therapeutic approach to health, developed by the Italian company Guna about 15 years ago.

PRM is based on the latest research and development in Molecular Biology and Medical Science and inspired by some of the principles of Classical Homeopathy and Homotoxicology.

Alison is continuously updating and learning cutting-edge information on the best methods to treat chronic health issues and she regularly attends international conferences.

In 2018 she attended a conference on Light Therapy for Preventing Mental Decline in Copenhagen and in September she was in Milan for the International PRM conference.

In early 2019 she travels to Austria for a 2-day conference on stem cell regeneration.
