If you have the opportunity to work with Alison, count yourself lucky. Alison is such a sincere and caring person who invests a genuine interest in educating people to improve their wellbeing. Alison's approach is unique in that her work is based on nourishing one's mind as well as one's body. Rules, numbers and deprivation are not part of Alison's world. Instead she encourages people to connect and befriend one's body. I know from her work that she has that 'something ' which allows her to be a great health coach.

Through Alison's coaching and talks I've gained a great foundation to base all my nutrition on. I've become more aware of what I choose to eat knowing the effects it will have on my body and mind, it wasn't just a case of you need to eat this, it's more tailored and not restrictive at all and knowing your body is being looked after, talking in general with Alison is also good for the Mind!

Her knowledge is second to none and she is always willing to share her expertise with players and coaches. As a former player herself she understands what is needed to compete at the highest level.
